Production process and equipment introduction:

Steel wire rope production has to go through 3 main steps：
Drawing, Stranding, Closing

1. Drawing:
We use an advanced wire drawing machine to reduce the twisting and knotting of the steel wire during the drawing process. Good cooling performance, improve steel wire quantity.

2.Stranding:
We use a tubular twister. It is composed of several sections of cylinders. The line-carrying spools are arranged in a line along the center of the machine body. The spool always maintains a horizontal state when setting the line. The high-speed rotation of the cylinder is matched with the linear traction produced by the traction device, which causes the steel wire to produce spiral winding and linear movement of the strands, forming strands with a certain twisting pitch, thereby completing the basic twisting action of the strands.

3.Closing:
We arrange the rope strands spirally around the center line of the rope core on the rope closing machine.
Strictly follow the wire rope manufacturing process regulations.
In order to improve the mechanical properties and non-loosening properties of the wire rope, in addition to pre-deformation of the strands when the rope is closed, the strand straightening process is also used when twisting and closing the rope to eliminate the twisting stress of the wire rope.
